Gender Parity on the Bench

The of this second part is to provide some insights of the inclusion of women in international courts. The paucity of women on the bench is a recognized issue: as of September 2020, women comprise 14.8% of international tribunals and even though the statutes of international courts call for a fair representation, parity is far from being reached.
